We began by serving insurance agencies — configuring Yealink phones with BLF keys so the front desk could see every agent's availability at a glance, setting up DID numbers for each agent, and making sure call recording was in place for compliance. It worked because we didn't just ship a phone — we provisioned every device ourselves, tailored to exactly how each office operated.
