Phones and Softphones
Our system supports Yealink, Polycom, Cisco, Grandstream and Snom phone hardware with full support. We also have a dedicated mobile phone application, available on both iOS and Android devices, as well as a browser based client. This means your employees can answer calls on virtually any device.
SMS and MMS Text Messaging
SLINC Voice allows your main business telephone number to receive and send faxes via email, or via our integrated mobile application. Send and receive business texts directly from your mobile phone using your business number. We can also configure automated routing options, which allow customers to text your main line, and be connected directly to the appropriate resources via phone call.
Unified Contact Lists
With our Unified Contact management system, we can configure shared contact lists for individual users or by specified groups to allow easier communication with frequently contacted vendors or customers.
Call Parking allows users to place a call on a ‘shared hold’ line, known as a call park. Any user can place a call on Park, which allows any other configured user on the system to pick that call up.

Reporting and Recording

SLINC offers premium integration with Nomorobo for robocall and spam identification blocking. Spam calls can be routed away from your system before a phone ever rings.
Some SLINC customers require optional outbound caller ID changes for their targeting specific markets. Our system allows for simple management of outbound calls.
SLINC provides multiple options for traditional fax requirements, including a HIPPA compliant electronic signature fax portal. Our system can integrate with both a traditional fax machine as well as fax to email delivery simultaneously, ensuring you never miss a critical document.
