A phone system your staff never have to think about.
We run the hosted phone system, configure and ship the desk phones, and make every change you ask for. The phones become the most reliable thing in the office, and the one that tells us when something else is wrong.
What we manage
Everything between the caller and the person who answers.
The phone system
- Hosted PBX
- Extensions, voicemail and call routing on a carrier-grade, geo-redundant platform. Nothing to maintain in your closet.
- Numbers and porting
- We port your existing numbers, add new ones per user or per location, and handle the carrier paperwork.
- Auto attendants and call flows
- Greetings, menus, business-hours and holiday routing, ring groups and call queues, built around how your front desk actually works.
- Call recording
- Recording on demand or on every call, for training, disputes and compliance.
The desk phones
- Configured before they arrive
- Yealink phones set up with each user’s extension, name and key layout, then labeled and shipped. Plug in, and they work.
- BLF, parking and sidecars
- Busy lamp keys so staff can see who is on a call, park keys for shared calls, and expansion modules for the front desk.
- Cordless and conference
- DECT handsets for people who move around, and conference phones for the room that needs one.
- Replacements
- When a phone fails, a configured replacement is on its way. Nobody re-keys the buttons by hand.
Away from the desk
- Mobile and desktop apps
- Your extension on iOS, Android, Windows and macOS, calling out on the business number, not a personal cell.
- Web phone
- Make and take calls from a browser when there is no phone on the desk.
- Multi-location
- One system across offices: extension dialing between sites, shared or separate main numbers, and billing split the way you need it.
- Paging and hot desking
- Overhead and phone-to-phone paging groups, and shared phones staff can log into.
How it is run
You ask. We change it. You get a confirmation.
No portal logins, no support tickets for a name change. The phone system is ours to keep right.
- 01
Changes by text or email
Tell us what you need in plain language: “change extension 104 to Maria,” “close the office early Friday.” We make the change and confirm it back to you.
- 02
Call quality watched
Phone registration and call-quality data tell us when something on the network is hurting audio, often before anyone complains.
- 03
Carrier issues handled
Porting, outages, number problems and robocall flags go through us. You do not sit on hold with a carrier.
- 04
Big changes after hours
Changeovers, new call flows and number ports are scheduled for when the office is closed, and tested before morning.
What we document
Written down, so it never depends on memory.
Every voice client gets a system record we keep current. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
- Numbers
- Every number you own, where it rings, and which carrier it was ported from.
- Call flow
- A written map of what happens when someone calls, during hours, after hours and on holidays.
- Phones
- Each device by model, MAC address, user, location and key layout.
- Users
- Extensions, voicemail boxes, apps issued, and who has recording or admin access.
Questions
Before you switch.
- Can we keep our phone numbers?
- In almost every case, yes. We port them from your current carrier and schedule the cutover so calls are never down during business hours.
- Do we have to buy new phones?
- Not always. We supply and prefer Yealink, but we can provision most standard SIP phones. At the assessment we tell you what can stay.
- What if our internet goes down?
- Calls fail over to cell phones, the mobile app or another location automatically, by rules we set with you up front.

Start with an assessment
Let’s walk your office.
We map the phones, network, computers and accounts, and hand you a written picture of what you have and what we would change. Then you decide.
