Project work
Cutovers, clean-ups and moves are for clients under management.
We do not take one-off break/fix calls. Network cutovers, equipment room clean-ups, phone changeovers and office moves are planned and scheduled for clients on a monthly agreement, after hours, by a team that already knows the site. The one exception is the Closet Reset, our fixed-price overnight rebuild of a network closet.

Most clients start with the phone system, fitted to how they already answer. Adding the AI receptionist, the network, IT, the website or cameras later is a change to the agreement, not a new vendor to onboard. Your design stays on file, so each addition is built on what is already there.
