Privacy policy

Effective September 26, 2026

This policy explains what SLINC Voice LLC ("SLINC," "we," "us") collects when you visit slinc.co, contact us, or call us, and what we do with it. We collect what we need to answer you and run our business. We do not sell personal information.

1. What we collect

  • What you send us. When you fill in a form (an assessment request, a Closet Reset booking, or a contact message) we receive what you type: typically your name, business name, email, phone number, the size of your office and your notes.
  • How you found us. With a form we also record the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and advertising click identifiers (such as Google's gclid). This tells us which ads and pages actually work.
  • Site analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived. See Google's explanation of how it uses this data.
  • Calls. When you call us, we receive your phone number and the details of the call. Calls may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately. You will be told at the start of a call if it is recorded.
  • Clients. For businesses we serve, we also hold the information needed to run and bill their services (account contacts, call records, equipment and network details). Our service agreement governs that information.

2. How we use it

  • To answer your request, schedule an assessment or a Closet Reset, and give you a price.
  • To provide, support and bill the services you buy from us.
  • To understand which pages and advertising bring us real enquiries. When you submit a form after clicking one of our ads, we may share your email address and phone number with Google in hashed form (enhanced conversions) so Google can tell us that the ad led to an enquiry. Google does not receive your message or notes.
  • To keep the site and our systems secure, including filtering spam.

3. Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

  • Website hosting (Vercel) and our own customer platform, where enquiries are stored.
  • Email delivery (Resend) for notifications and replies.
  • Google, for analytics and advertising measurement as described above.
  • Telephone and call-answering providers, for calls to our numbers.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward so we can follow up or pick up where we left off. Client records are kept for the life of the service and as long afterward as tax, billing and telecommunications rules require. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

5. Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
  • You can turn off personalized advertising in your Google ad settings.
  • You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing support@slinc.co.

6. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and limited access to protect what we hold. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what we need.

7. Children

Our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes and contact

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date. Questions: support@slinc.co or (631) 446-2600. SLINC Voice LLC, Oakdale, New York.
