The price

Starting price for a single closet in a small office.
Fixed and agreed before we start, from photos of your closet or a short walk-through. No hourly meter running overnight.
What moves the price
- No rack or cabinet yet, so we supply and mount one
- Consumer equipment that should be replaced with business gear
- Battery backup (UPS) if there is none
- More than about 24 connections, or a second closet
- New cable runs to desks, rather than cleaning up what is there
After the Reset, we can keep it that way under a monthly agreement. The site record we leave you is exactly what we manage from.
Questions
Before you book.
Do we have to close the office?
No. We arrive as you close and finish overnight. The phones and internet are down for part of the evening, while nobody is there to notice.
Will you replace our equipment?
Only if it should be. We reuse what is sound. Anything that should go is written into the fix-next list with a price, and you decide.
How do you set the price?
From photos of the closet or a short walk-through. $1,500 is the starting point for a single closet in a small office. The price is fixed and agreed before we start.
Do we need a monthly agreement?
No. The Reset is the one project we take on by itself. Many clients keep the closet that way under an agreement afterward, because the site record is exactly what we manage from.
Who does the work?
SLINC does, on site across Long Island, to a written plan and our own cabling and labeling standards.
What about the phones?
If we run your phones, the Reset includes checking every one of them. If someone else does, we test them anyway and tell you what we see.
