02 — AI Receptionist

Every call answered. Even at 2 AM.

Every unanswered call is a customer calling your competitor next. Our AI receptionist answers in your business name, takes the details, connects the calls that cannot wait, and texts you the summary. It is running on Long Island phone lines today, including our own.

How a call runs

A tow request at 9:47 PM, handled before the caller hangs up.

21:47

How the after-hours line runs for an auto body client on Long Island. It replaced the answering service.

  1. 21:47

    The phone rings

The shop closed hours ago. The AI answers in the shop’s name, on the first ring.

  2. 21:48

    It gets the details

Name, callback number, the car, and where it is sitting: Sunrise Highway eastbound near exit 41.

  3. 21:49

    It calls the tow company

It announces the caller and the location, and waits for the driver to accept before it connects them.

  4. 21:50

    The owner gets a text

“After-hours: TOW connected.” Name, number and location, with the recording a tap away.

  5. 07:00

    The shop opens

The transcript, recording and callback number are already in the owner’s inbox. Nobody waited on hold with an answering service.

What it does

A front desk that never goes home.

On the call

Answers in your name
Your greeting, your hours, your services, your directions. Callers get real answers, not a voicemail beep.
Takes a complete message
Name, callback number and what they need, asked the way your front desk would ask it.
Connects the urgent ones
It calls the right person, tells them who is waiting and why, and connects the call only when they accept. If nobody picks up, it tries the next person, then takes the message.

After the call

A text, right away
Who called, their number and what they need, on your cell as soon as the call ends.
An email with the transcript
The full conversation in writing, so nothing depends on someone’s handwriting.
The recording
Every call recorded. Listen back to settle a question or train a new hire.

Set up and run by us

Your numbers stay
Calls reach it by forwarding: after hours, on holidays, when nobody answers in 20 seconds, or all day. You pick the rules.
Taught your business
We write its instructions from how you actually work, and update them when the hours, services or people change.
A backup that always rings
If the assistant is ever unreachable, the call goes straight to the number you choose. No caller hits a dead line.

Who it is for

Businesses where a missed call is a lost job.

If a caller who reaches voicemail just dials the next name on Google, this pays for itself on the first call it catches.

Call (631) 237-9590 and try it
Auto body and towing
Tow requests at night, connected to the driver while the caller is still on the line.
Insurance agencies
After-hours claims and quote calls, with the details written down before the office opens.
Restaurants
Hours, directions, catering and reservation requests, answered during the dinner rush.
Retail and service shops
The calls that ring out while staff are with customers, answered and summarized.

Questions

Before you switch it on.

Is it replacing our staff?
No. It answers the calls your staff cannot get to: after close, on holidays, at lunch, during the rush. When someone is in, the phones ring the way they always have.
Do we need to change our phone number?
No. Your existing number forwards to the assistant under the rules you choose. On our phone system we set the rules for you; on most other carriers, call forwarding does the same job.
Does it replace an answering service?
For most businesses, yes. It answers instantly, never puts a caller on hold, sends a transcript instead of a scribbled note, and costs a monthly fee instead of a per-call one.
How is it priced?
By the month, with a block of call minutes included, as a line on your agreement. We quote it after we hear how many calls you miss today.

Start with an assessment

Stop sending callers to voicemail.

Tell us when your calls go unanswered today. We set up the assistant on your number, test it with you, and switch it on when you are happy with it.
